OAK Performance Assessment
Understand your current performance, identify your training priorities, and establish a baseline to compare over time.
What happens:
We discuss your history, goals, and the demands of your sport, work, or training. Then we run individualized testing. Measures are selected for you and may include strength, movement, mobility, balance, power, or conditioning.
Who it's for:
Active adults, CrossFit athletes, combat-sport athletes, firefighters and tactical professionals. This includes people who are not currently injured and want a clear starting point, as well as people building back toward training.
What you receive:
A clear explanation of your results, a digital scorecard, and specific training priorities following the assessment.
How it's different:
This is not a physical therapy evaluation and does not include treatment. If pain or injury is your main concern, request a physical therapy evaluation.
Reassessment:
If you've completed an assessment, you can request a reassessment to repeat key measures and update your priorities. Timing is based on your individual plan.
